Ayurvedic Medicine is a science based medicine of life. The goal is to learn how to maintain optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. 

The body is made up of 3 possible types, or Doshas:

  • Vata
  • Pitta
  • Kapha
Each dosha has specific characteristics and when one has an imbalance in the body, you tend to lean more towards a certain dosha. Learn how to support your dosha type by the foods you eat and the types of exercise you do. Mediation and good sleep is also very important in Ayurveda.
