Shipping from our office

If you are an established patient who would like to place an order – please fill out this supplement order form. Once sent, our staff will fulfill the order and item(s) will be shipped out within 1-3 days depending on the mail system.

*Note – shipping through our office IS less expensive than using the online dispensaries.

NOTE: In order to order through our office, one must be an established patient or a patient who has been seen by one of our physicians at Charlotte Natural Wellness.

Online Dispensary

The online dispensary does carry a few different brands. Please note that any supplements bought on our online dispensary cannot be returned or refunded through our office, it must be handled through the dispensary itself.
