For new moms
Postpartum recovery, made easier
Pregnancy and childbirth put real strain on your pelvic floor. Emsella helps boost muscle tone and supports a faster return to pre-baby strength, in a 30-minute visit that fits around a newborn.
Because it’s non-invasive and uses no medication, it’s also an option for moms who are breastfeeding. Check timing with your OB or midwife first.
For men and women
Support at any stage
TIPKeep doing your Kegels. Emsella works alongside them, not instead of them.

What is the Emsella chair (Kegel chair)?
The Emsella chair is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive medical device that strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. It uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to contract and stimulate those muscles, simulating thousands of Kegel exercises in a 30-minute session. That’s why it’s often called the Kegel chair.
Does the Emsella chair replace Kegel exercises?
No. Kegels are still one of the most important ways to regain pelvic floor strength, and Emsella complements them. Your technician reinforces the habit and shares tips to strengthen your core and train your bladder to hold more.
What does a session involve, and is there downtime?
You sit on the chair and relax while it works. Treatment is non-invasive, quick and painless, and there’s no downtime. Each session takes about 30 minutes.
Who can use Emsella?
Emsella is suitable for men and women. It’s used for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, postpartum recovery, and support after hysterectomy or prostate surgery. We review your health history first to confirm it’s a good fit.
Is Emsella safe after childbirth or while breastfeeding?
Emsella is non-invasive and uses no medication, which makes it a gentler option for postpartum and breastfeeding moms than more aggressive treatments. Check with your OB or midwife about timing, and tell us about your delivery and recovery when you book.
How many sessions will I need?
Many women start to feel improvements after just a few sessions. The right number depends on your symptoms and goals, and we’ll talk it through with you.
