Do virtual visits cost the same as in-person visits?
Yes. Virtual and in-person visits are priced the same: $550 for the 60-minute new patient visit. At your second visit, your doctor will recommend whether a 3-visit package ($750) or a 6-visit package ($1,500) fits you best, with a pay-monthly option of $275 per month.
What do I need for a virtual visit?
A phone, tablet or computer. You can join by video through the Practice Better app, or choose a phone consultation if you prefer.
Do you test the thyroid beyond TSH?
If more testing is needed, we explain why and arrange it. We order standard bloodwork through Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp, plus specialty tests when they add value. See more answers in our FAQ.
